One of THOSE days

I feel like crap this morning.

I think I caught a bug from Shawn Powers' site a couple of days ago. Damn you, Shawn, or should that be "Typhoid Mary?"

And just to make it better, I've got to go outside and plow now, since we got about 6 inches last night (of snow, 6 inches of snow! Minds out of the gutter, people). Anyway, don't expect anything too clever or witty today.

  1. Sorry man. I did go to the doctor yesterday, and I either have Walking Pneumonia, or the the new Staph superbug. (sadly, I'm serious about the latter, tests come back today)

Hope you feel better. I must have accidentally swung through Alaska on my way home yesterday. I must pay closer attention when driving.

  2. Jeebus, Shawn. The superbug thing?

I certainly hope the tests come back a big-ass negative. Let us know, will you?

  3. Yay! I'm just plain old miserably sick!

The MRSA staph infection is going around school districts in my area, and since I touch every friggen computer in our district (and I chew my nails...), I'm a high risk case. My blood tests came back clean though, so I just have a regular old virus. Yay!

  5. Good news then, Shawn, glad to hear it. Now, get yourself a can of that clorox sanitizing spray for the keyboards, and stop chewing you nails. Or, you know, buy a pair gloves. :) Seriously, glad you're ok, other than having the cruds, that is.

Tania, yes ma'am. I intend to sit on the couch drinking hot green tea and working on my nano project. Later I may go soak in the hot tub. Plowing is done and I have no intention of going back outside today.

  6. Snow? Looks like I got back home just in time! (Was in Wasilla & Anc the first half of the week)

Shawn, that totally sucks! I hope your test results are encouraging.

Although it's maybe good material for your book... ;)

  7. I'll take the crud over Super-Staph any day. Glad to hear it, Shawn!
