I've got it running under both XP and Vista. There are a few quirks, and a couple of annoying oversights that should have been fixed, and were not. I'll talk about those in the review.

It finally has true zoom - something Opera has had for years. Unfortunately you still can't specify exactly how much zoom you want (as far as I can tell), but it's a big step in the right direction.
