The cup was one of the things handed out at said day where all employees were congratulated on their "good work" - the very next day, over 10% of the company was "reduced". I don't recall if that was the day I received my notice, or if it was one shortly after.<br /><br />This month, I am required to complete a course referred to as "Building Shareholder Value".
